Hi Theresa,
I'll look at installing this on the cluster today and let you know how it goes.

Subject: queen software
Hi all,
I would like to intall and run the free software Queen on my linux computer pike and on the cluster. The web page is:
http://www.cmbi.kun.nl/software/queen/
All they need is an e-mail address to send the software.
I can't get it to work on my machine, pike.chm.muohio.edu, as I get python errors. I even got the latest version of python. The erros is:
/dir/queen/src/c/nmv_23/_nmv.so cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
but the file is there.
I'm hoping that if it can be installed on the cluster, then it will also be able to be installed on pike.
Thanks,
Theresa
