Hello,

Red Hawk is running a much older version of bash (from 2005) when
compared to other clusters ([log in to unmask],
[log in to unmask]) and Linux machines. This makes development of
scripts to submit, manage, and process outputs from jobs a bit harder to
streamline. I am wondering if it would be possible to upgrade bash on
Red Hawk to any 4.2+ version of bash.

thanks

with regards
D. M. Rao
