Hello All:
In connection with Justina's message, I'd also like to inform everyone
that SME will be holding its traditional Wednesday of Engineering week
meeting next Wednesday at 6 P.M.-7 or 7:15. The speaker is Mr. Don
Schregardus, who has worked in the environmental regulations area of the
Ohio state government the past 8 years, and before that as an environmental
engineer doing water testing and consulting for cities. He will be
discussing the regulations affecting engineers and other topics relating to
environmental engineering.
Also, for the SME sponsored plant trip next tuesday, only 2 people (myself
and JD, who arranged the tour) have signed up as of friday at 5. JD said
if we do not get more than 5, he would cancel the trip due to the lack of
student interest. So if you are interested, or know someone who is, please
stop by the EGR office and sign the sheet on Pam Messer's desk ASAP. Or
get in contact with me through phone (523-3365) or email
([log in to unmask]) or talk to JD (he can be found in Kreger most of the
day MWF).
If there are any other questions, please contact me, or check the SME
portion of the EGR bulletin board outside of 135 Kreger.
The SME officer contact list and SME schedule is always posted there.
Thanks for your time,
Steve Faile
SME President
