Hello SWE,

This email is to fill you in on all of the great Girl Scout Day stuff!

First of all, if you have not already signed up to volunteer for GSD, you still can. Please send me an email ASAP letting me know that you want to help out and what your t-shirt size is. If you were at the meeting the other day or if you have already emailed me then you are good to go.

Thanks to all that came to the meeting last week. It was helpful to get some things in order. We will have 130 girl scouts this year so get excited.

Dates and Times:
Meetings will be held on Wednesdays, Jan. 16, 23, and 30 at 6.30 in the EGB to get totally ready for the big day!
Set up will be Friday, Feb. 1 at 5.00 in the EGB. Please plan on helping with set up. The more people we have the faster we will be done.
Girl Scout Day begins at 10 for the girls so volunteers need to arrive at 9am Feb. 2. I know it is early but breakfast will be provided. Also, lunch will be provided.
Lastly, to say "Thank You," my roommates (Meaghan, Emily, and Aimee) and I will have a get together for all of the volunteers at our house on Sat night after a long, fun day in the EGB. We will start around 9 or 10 and you can stay as long or as short a time as you would like. (I'm sure some of us will go uptown after a while and everyone is welcome to do that with us too.)

An updated volunteer assignment sheet and shirt size list will be sent out soon so look for that email to verify that your information is correct.

Please have a safe, relaxing, and wonderful break. I hope to see all of your smiling faces when we get back. Please plan on attending as many GSD things as you can.
