Subject: FarmerWeek

To the leaders of campus organizations:

The members of the Business Student Advisory Council would like to present an event called FarmerWeek. FarmerWeek will take place throughout the week of April 13. The week is going to be full of events including the spring football game on Saturday, April 18th, featuring your Miami RedHawks’ football team with new Coach Mike Haywood! We would love for everyone to attend the game to show their support for a new season and coach!

It is very important for your group to attend as there will be a competition at the game! The organization with the most attendance (percentage-based relative to total organization membership) will win a Happy Hour Prize Package from Buffalo Wild Wings for the entire organization! This prize package includes a private happy hour party in the back room of Buffalo Wild Wings with some free wings, fries, onion rings and tons of drink specials! Sound too good to be true? Asking yourself what the catch is?? Well there is only one…it’s a themed game! To promote awareness of the ‘Golf Fore a Cause’ charity event the following Sunday, all organizations must be dressed in their best golf attire to be eligible to win. Not only does the dress requirement make your organization eligible, but the select few ‘best dressed’ people of the game will have an opportunity to take part in a competitive event during the game! So come decked out in your golf gear ready to have a good time!

No ticket purchases are necessary …all you need is your student ID! It is going to be a nice spring day so stop by to show some school spirit!

We appreciate your support and hope to see you all at Saturday’s game. Don’t forget to dress up in your best golf gear to be eligible to win a great prize sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings! If you have any questions or comments, please direct them to Tom Hoffman at [log in to unmask] Thanks again!

Sincerely,

The Business Student Advisory Council
