In the Charter of the Nuremberg Tribunal convened to deal with Nazi war
crimes after World War II,". . .crimes against humanity" = "murder,
extermination, enslavement, department and other inhuman acts committed
against any civilian population . . . whether or not in violation of the
domestic law of the country where perpetrated."

Statute of Limitations for Crimes against humanity = None
