Dear all,

Just sharing with you excerpts from my students' reflections on last
semester's 2007 Over-the-Rhine Residency Program.  We had another successful
year, with our students undergoing profound and powerful transformations.  I
think their reflections help us remember that students are individuals with
unique voices that contribute to the community and the campus.
