i understand where the GPA and spelling weed-out comes into play, but for those
of us engineering majors, we shouldn't give up! i'm a paper science major (a
little below a 3.7!) and i know that ALL of my interviews have centered around
how i work as a team member, or as a leader, and what experience in the mill
that i have had. if i don't have experience, it hurts me!
