Steve Roberts

10-11: Mental Health Parity: The most common mental illnesses are now
easier to treat than ever. At the same time, Americans are more willing to
view mental problems as treatable illnesses. Some states now call for
employers to cover equally the costs for both mental and physical health
care, but employers are fighting federally mandated parity. A panel talks
about changes in mental health care and who should pay for them.
Guests: Dr. Steve Mirin, American Psychiatric Association; Dr. Mark
Schiller, practicing psychiatrist; Mike Faenza, president of the National
Mental Health Association; Kate Sullivan, manager of health policy for the
U.S. Chamber of Commerce

11-12: Bruce Sanford: Lawyer and First Amendment expert Bruce Sanford
offers his perspective on why opinions of the media have fallen so low, and
on why the trend toward lawsuits against news organizations could have
dangerous consequences for our rights to free speech. His book is called
"Don't Shoot the Messenger" (Free Press).

Fresh Air with Terry Gross, 12:06-1 p.m.

Marty Moss-Coane talks with actor DAN HEDAYA ("E" as in "let": He-DAY-ah).

and "Clueless." Now he's starring as Nixon in the new comedy "Dick." And
-- the anti-terrorism driving school and other adventures -- a talk with
