Friday, August 13: The Separation of Church and School

To some, the First Amendment guarantees the absence of religion from public
schools.  To others, it allows faculty-led prayer sessions.  From colonial
times until 1962, prayer was allowed in public schools - but the debate
still goes on.  And that's not the only aspect of religion in the classroom
that causes conflict: the teaching of evolution, religious dress codes, and
excused absences are a few of the other issues.  Guest host Steve McFarland
will be joined by Chris Link, Executive Director of the Ohio American Civil
Liberties Union, and Tolliver Wills, Director at Miami University of the
Christian-based Athletes in Action ... and they'll be assisted, as always,
