Yes, this is a commercial firm wee engaged to call out to a group of lapsed
members who had not responded to mailings or the on-air drive. Although it
is the first time that WMUB has worked with them, I have known them for
several years through work they did for my previous station, where our
attempts to do call-outs with volunteers were not successful. This company
had an expertise in public broadcasting. I would be very interested to know
your reactions as to how they handled the call.
