Casey, I'll save you the trouble of finding contact info for me.

The block that I think you're talking about would be 74A1CE, and it is 
taken. But the only other blocks in the Oxford area that are spoken for 
are 64D1CE and 64 D2CW.

 From there, you can view blocks, and find out how to register for a block.
