This is interesting -
I suppose that it's State based (?) but anyway - over the past few years
the legislators here in the UK and across the EU have been crawling all
over timeshare selling.

Hi all:
Does any one have any information on the sale of time-shares? In
particular , is it usual for a company making the sale to ask for a sum
of money up front as an appraisal fee?
