I am going to revisit the e-commerce discussion.  I was preparing for my
international trade law class and found that there is a U.S.-WTO effort to
address e-commerce.  If you go to http://ustr.gov you will find the
information about the progress or this effort, etc.
I am not sure how many of the persons teaching, or considering teaching,
this class knew about that effort.
