Bob: bankruptcy COULD terminate the agency if it precluded the agent from
carrying out his/her duties, but if not, the agent would probably elect NOT
to discharge that contract.

Subject: Re: AGENCY QUESTION

Since everyone has a question I figured I'd join in. Here is my question
that has troubled me for sometime and I have yet to find a good answer.

QUESTION: Bankruptcy of an agent usually terminates the agency
relationship. For how long is the bankrupt agent precluded from acting as an
agent again? It seems that if anyone needed a job, it's a bankrupt agent.

Another student generated question. :-(
