This was reported in today's Sydney Morning Herald -- a good example for
a contracts class (if you can work out what it means!):

 recent changes to Avis's "preferred terms and conditions" include
Clause 3(b): "Neither I nor any other Authorised Driver that operates
the Vehicle has not within the last 3 years been convicted of an offence
relating to driving a vehicle: (1) under the influence of alcohol or
drugs; or (2) with a blood alcohol level over any legal limit."
