I have been told that the FDA requires the sales reps of
pharmaceutical companies  such as Lilly to monitor the distribution
of such drugs and might have access under a confidentiality agreement
to the pharmacists prescription records. Doesn't the sales rep have a
duty to report potentially hazardous distribution of this expensive
drug up his or her chain of command in the company?  Can anyone
confirm the monitoring requirements. Jim Highsmith
