I will have my review of the report done for you either by the end of today
or first thing tomorrow.

Some notes right now that you can work on:

My interpretation of the rules is that the Executive Summary should be page
1; leave the Table of Contents, Lists of Figures, etc, as i, ii, iii, etc.,
since they do not count towards your page count.

The Executive Summary needs a paragraph at the end describing your final
design.

More later if I have some suggestions that you can work on before I finish
the complete report.
