If any of you are interested, here's the posting for the Iraqi Interim
Constitution:

It's only a piece of paper, but I find it inspiring.  I'm certainly not
optimistic, but if the Iraqis do embrace the rule of law, then maybe
it's possible everywhere.  Long live the Rule of Law, in Iraq and
everywhere.
