I had the best luck figuring it out by downloading a file from windows
update, and doing a netstat -an from the command line

This is what I get:

Allow TCP 80 * 64.4.20.0/255.255.252.0

Allow TCP 443 * 64.4.20.0/255.255.252.0

Allow TCP 80 * 207.46.0.0/255.255.0.0

Allow TCP 443 * 207.46.0.0/255.255.0.0

Allow TCP 80 * 67.29.170.48/255.255.255.240

Allow TCP 443 * 67.29.170.48/255.255.255.240

And this is my local Akamai Site

Allow TCP 80 * 207.206.250.16/255.255.255.240

Allow TCP 443 * 207.206.250.16/255.255.255.240
