As is normally the case, Bill's suggestion is a very good idea that should
be implemented.  Not only for the reasons Bill gave, but also for the newer
members who may either not know many people in the ALSB yet or are uncertain
about asking for T&P reviewers, and for the many members who fly solo at
their college or university.
