I can't resist sharing this example of the latest idiocy displayed by my
MS Word grammar checker. I began a text with the following:
"Which came first, the letter or the sound?"
Word's correction?
, Which
Yes, a comma followed by a capital letter.
Its other suggestion was to replace "which" with "that".
I'm starting a collection of idiotic corrections like this. I get about
three per page.
