Subject: Dazed and confused in Austin

I can scarcely imagine the problems some of you are experiencing with
finals and semester grades. At the UofT we are so PC, the idiots run
the asylum. Texas parents subscribe to sons' and daughters' grades
when they pony-up to our endowment fund.  That's 50% of our students;
it covers all A's and B's. * The others -- the unwashed -- who are
not native Texans (but who got here as
fast as they could) get the C's and D's depending on their
preparedness to stand
and sing "Texas Fight," "The Eyes of Texas," or "We're in the Top
Twenty or Thirty or so." * Some few -- mainly NE liberals -- who
won't pledge allegiance to George W get to try again.
