      Yes, there -is- a vast right wing conspiracy.

      Ought one be amazed that sophisticated risk managers schooled in the
art of persuasion (e.g., lobbying, electoral politics) would strategically
position "information" in the knowledge base of the populace from which
petit juries are drawn?  They understand the nuances of the
Noerr-Pennington very well.
