Ryan,

  Unfortunately, we had the auto update Clean Access Client 
on and so we got that at about the same time we turned on the AV def 
check.  We've had to turn off the check for "do you have current 
definitions for Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition" because people 
with current antivirus definitions were not able to get authenticated to 
the network.

Tomorrow morning, we're going to look at the problem and see if we can 
figure a solution.  Will keep you posted.
