I agree with point #1:

CCA Online summary should report the correct role for the user regardless if
a device filter is being used. We currently have 3 roles that we can not
track online status for because of a filter list. We have a Game Console
Role, PDA role, and a Disabled Role that are assigned only by a device filter.
I did bring this up with Cisco at one time and they said that it was not a
bug but would be a feature request. It still seems like a bug to me.

On point #2:
We are currently using an internal WSUS server and we do require that all
students have their computers (XP/2000) pointing to it. If the student does
not have their computer pointing to our server, we provide two REG files to
allow them to pass the scans. One REG file is make the changes to the
registry and the other REG file is to remove them once they leave the
university. It is still up to the student to download both.

It would be nice if the CCA Agent installation/uninstall program could
handle the registry changes. Would make like easier for the students and
help desk.
