As I said ultimately it may be a Microsoft issue, but on the other hand, 
Cisco's product is relying on Microsoft's product to work correctly, and 
CCA is denying access, and residents are complaining about CCA.  IMHO, 
the mere fact that Cisco is being blamed by the end users is something 
that Cisco would want to work on, regardless of where the fault lies...
