ALSBers,

I am looking for cases in which the court found that the defendant
had committed defamation by the defendant's conduct, rather than the
defendant's words, i.e., the defamation of the plaintiff's character
was accomplished by implication from the defendant''s conduct. Old
cases are fine if they have not been overruled, recent cases would be
good also; preferably from a state supreme court rather than a lower
court.

You can send your message to me directly at

rather than using your reply button, since I suspect this question
will not be of widespread interest to the listserv.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Dan Levin
