When residents run afoul of our network policies, either copyright
violations or bandwidth, I don't want to cut them off but I do want to get
their attention. I thought re-directing their browser to a page telling
them to pay me a visit would be good.

I just created a role and entered a url for a redirect after successful
login. (e.g. http://www.cisco.com)

It didn't work as I had expected.

Am I correct in my interpretation of this feature?
