Presidents & Treasurers,

1. ASG will be presenting an Open Forum with President Garland and Top
Administrators. This is a great opportunity for students to ask the
decision making people of this university any questions and discuss any
concerns about Miami. It will be held next Thursday, March 30 at 5PM in
112 Pearson Hall. I am asking that student organizations please pass this
information along to your orgs.

2. While the Student Body elections for President and the Vice Presidents
have ended, the Student Senate will be electing the remaining 2006-2007
ASG Cabinet positions. Please take a moment and consider serving in these
positions as they are significant opportunities to make a difference on
Miami's campus!

Secretary for Academic Affairs
Secretary for Diversity Affairs
Secretary for Off Campus Affairs
Communications Director
Treasurer

Petitions and information about each position are available online at
www.muohio.edu/asg. Please turn in the petition by THURSDAY, MARCH 30 at
5:00PM to Nick Petrone in 374 Shriver. All candidates will then be
notified as to when they will come speak before the Student Senate on
either April 4 or 18.

3. The ASG Student Legal Services attorney will be on campus on April 6,
18 and 28. If you have any concerns about getting your security deposit
back, then this would be a good opportunity to do so!

Organizations please pass this information along, thank you!

Brian Alexander
Communications Director
Student Body President-Elect
