Tim,

Couple of things to check:

1) In the manager event log, does it tell you why the user is logged
out? Or does it show that the user is being logged out at all?
2) Does the laptop have multiple interfaces - one connected through CCA
and the other(s) connected to the network via another path?

-Rajesh.

Subject: 3.5.13 Agent Question

I'm helping a student with a Dell Inspiron 700m laptop with Windows XP.
She had installed the agent in the Fall when she moved in. Usually, we
don't force the students to update their agent unless the CCA system
itself requires the update, but we do recommend they stay up to date.
When 3.5.13 became required, she installed it. Now, once she logs in
successfully, within a minute the login screen appears again and she is
dropped from the network.

I've kept her machine and I'm going to run a full AV and spyware sweep
to be sure there isn't anything else going on, but I wanted to check if
anyone else has seen a problem like this before.
