The reseller that is deploying OOB for us has been telling us that Guest
Access is hard to deploy.  (IE, guests will have a different rule set
than unauthenticated computers)

I must plead ignorance, since OOB is part of a forklift upgrade for us,
putting OOB off till this summer (which is what we did on they're
recommendation) wasn't that hard of a sell.
