I'm teaching a course next fall in "Law & Entrepreneurship." This will be
an upper-level course for students who have already taken Business Law. I
have lots of flexibility concerning what I teach and how I teach it. Has
anyone taught this sort of course before, and if so, can you point me to a
good basic text or other good materals?

Thanks.
