So we're getting ready to turn on updates to the Agent (So users can
upgrade from 3.6x to 4.0.0.0)

We want to run for a time period as optional, and then later on go
mandatory.

I've been asked to somehow, thru Clean Access, tell them the date it's
going mandatory.

Management was told at some point that a broadcast message was going to
be included in Clean Access.

I am working on a rule that is an optional rule, but I'm not sure this
is going to be what they're looking for.

So does anyone else have some idea's
