Veteran archivist to oversee King papers
The historic Martin Luther King Jr. papers have a home. Now the papers,
purchased for $32 million, have someone to look after them. Veteran
archivist Brenda S. Banks, who officially retires as deputy director of
the Georgia Department of Archives and History next Thursday, has been
named Morehouse College's chief archivist over the King Collection.
