The following bug in the 3750 switch causes problems Out-of Band with 
Clean Access:

When you have a stack of more than one switch and you are connected to a 
switch other than the first switch,  The CAM changes the VLan on the wrong 
port.when you authenticate.

We are currently running our 3750 switches In-Band due to this bug.  If 
this is affecting you also, please alert your Cisco representative to this 
bug.
