Chuck,

How did you enable logging?

Did you follow the procedure below?
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6128/prod_release_note09186a008066
ac3c.html#wp184364

FYI - The "debug" and "LogLevel" words are case sensitive.

Thanks
Prem

Charles,

Please open a TAC case. You will in all likelihood be asked to provide
the agent debug log for a login attempt where the "Failed Login"
happens.
Once we get the agent log, we can determine the cause of this message.

Yes, I turned it off. I think something on the machine is blocking it,
I just have not seen the Login failed message without any other error
number or message.

Just a thought, have you checked the users firewall to make sure it's
not blocking anything?

I successfully logged in with my laptop with the same username, on the
same port.

 Login Failed Means exactly that.

The client failed to login.

Either the username / password is invalid The CCAM cannot talk to the
User/Pass datastore. (Active Directory, LDAP, etc)

Use the Auth Test to further diagnose this
