Hi,

We had our ISP TWC outage for few minutes on Tuesday nigh. Still no sure
if TWC outage is related but around the same time many users (not all) got
kicked off line and had to log back to Clean Access. Our CAS pairs didn't
have any outage reports. The log showed most of the 600+ temp users
tried to log in but most had several failed attempts before a successfully
login. I noticed it took about 2 hours to process most of the requests.
The PC users also reported that they received "HTTP-ErrorCode=-1-" error
when tried to logon. From what I can tell, Mac users didn't get kicked
offline. The failed log for most of the users said "Invalid username or
passwords", "unable to login" or "too many users using this account".
BTW, this was also the night when MS WU were downloaded to a lot of user
computers, so it may have caused some issues when we lost network.

I wonder if any of you have seen the HTTP error and possibility know why
the users are kicked offline from CCA if no errors reported in CAS? Thanks
in advance.
