Is anyone at a school that would credit as scholarship a brief that someone wrote for the US SUpreme Court? State SUpreme Court?   If so, are you AACSB?
 
THis is a hypothetical--we are negotiating new policies for tenure at Stockton and it seemed to me to be a good eg of non-peer reviewed, yet significant, scholarship.
