Hey Bill,

Can you open a case with TAC and provide them the sniffer traces?

Thanks
Prem

Subject: agent login grayed out

I thought this would be a simple firewall configuration, but it's not.

I have two computers attached to the same hub with the agent installed
fr om the same installation file.

One detects the CAS just fine the other does not.

I have manually uninstalled the firewall and also run winsockfix to no
av ail.

Loaded ethereal onto both computers and can see equivalent traffic
patter ns on port 8905.

The problematic computer has never logged on to the system.

And I know it's not because of a Norwegian OS.

I'm out of ideas.
