Hey Bill,

You can manually upload a new agent to the CAM. The snapshot will take
you back to the old update versions, but then the new updates should be
downloaded because the Update version on the CAM will be less than what
is there on our servers

Subject: Agent Updates fail after backup restore

After restoring from a snapshot, all checks and AV/AS defs have been
rese t to older versions. I am unable to do an update or clean update.
Results

messages show no update is available.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
