Maybe I'm having a senior moment, but I thought the issue had definitely
come up this January...

For example, how do you talk about things like the surveillance programs,
which clearly involve legal issues, without there being some arguably
political component? And wouldn't a discussion of say, the Scopes Monkey
Trial, be bound to involve religion?
