Nick,

Really?  Because, I am running a machine on Vista Home Basic, and it 
installed it fine, and the agent always logs in ok for me.  Also, we 
have a handful, maybe like 16 users, of Vista currently, and only one 
reported issue so far with installing agent 4.1.0.0 (receiving said 
error below).
