David,

You can disable a particular user role or local user account. You also
can use a MAC or IP filter to deny access.
 If the user account is not local on the CAM, I do not know of any other
way to disable them.

Does current NAC has function of hosting an allowing / disallowing user 
list (based on the userid ) locally on the CAM before talking to 
external LDAP/ AD for AAA? thanks.
