Today 4/12 a GOLDEN EAGLE was seen in Coitsville Twp., northeastern Mahoning Co. It slowly moved eastward in big circles overhead about noon. I couldn't relocate it from any of the local roads later. It is probably in PA now. It was a bird in early 2nd year plumage. Wood ducks, Am. kestrel, e. bluebird, field sparrow, and e. meadowlark were also in the area. Later, Craig
