Good day, I have seen people saying need provide Mac Agent to eliminate 
common authentication problems many Mac OS X users have experienced: 
Safari incompatibilities, too many users logged in, etc. Does anyone 
have more detail regarding these problems? I did not notice these 
problems based on our testing.
