This is a project that I developed and that we will be using to assess
whether students can "recognize legal problems". Use it if you think it
is worthwhile.
Good luck. I would love to have such a book.

Subject: Law teaching exercises wanted
Dear Colleagues:
I have a sabbatical (it only took 23 years!) next semester to do a
project that involves compiling a book of exercises to be used for
teaching undergraduate business law. The book would be available at
close-to-cost in hard copy format as a paperback book, and free in
digital format. Members of the ALSB can even get it as a Word document
for free!
So I am now soliciting contributions. If you have some type of teaching
tool/exercise that has worked well for you, why not share with others?
I'm looking for material covering topics in typical UG business law
courses.
You will still own the copyright, but would agree to its use in this
project. I would reserve the right to edit submissions.
I'm sorry, but there's no pay involved. However, you will be credited
and no doubt earn the eternal admiration and gratitude of business law
professors everywhere!
You can email me at [log in to unmask] for further information or to
send a submission.
Thanks very much!
Suzy
