Subject: OSX Leopard & CCA Agent?
I haven't been able to look into this yet, but on Friday we had several
students call our HelpDesk saying that they upgraded their Mac's to the
latest version of OSX (Leopard). The CCA Agent wouldn't let them login
saying the version was incompatible. There were several other calls
over
the weekend. I told our HelpDesk to have them bring their machines in
to
our office so we can take a look at it. In the past when we've seen
this
error on previous versions of OSX it was because the student had never
done the Apple Software Updates for the OS. Installing all the patches
for the OS did the trick.
Anyone else seeing reported problems with Leopard yet?
