Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find a state-by-state listing of when each US state has adopted the implied warranty of habitability for residental leases. I know that most states have by now, and that some articles have discussed the adoptions in the 1970s and early 80s (including articles by our own Jane Mallor and Peter Shedd!). Is anyone aware of a list of all fifty states, relatively current, that lists when each state adopted the warranty and under what circumstances (court case or statute)?

Thanks,

Robert
