After reading John Pogacnik's winter bird post in which he got 23 birds, I
decided to recheck my list which stood at 22. I had failed to list a heard
bird from this morning, before I read Sue's post, namely a Red Shouldered
Hawk. That brought my total yard count for the day to 23 birds, and I'm
still hoping the Barred Owl that I hear nearly every day will still sound
off.
